At the end of 2021, we announced our exclusive partnership with Samsung in order to become an Authorised Distributor of Genuine Samsung parts. Explaining how that benefits not only the company as they will be able to stock a wider variety of phone parts, but also repair shops who will now be able to offer a wider variety of services as more parts for Samsung devices become available in the UK.
What does Authorised distributor mean?
Authorised distributor means that we can sell Genuine Samsung Parts at a special discounted rate, for example our replacement screen for Samsung J3 starts from just £23. We get ourparts directly from Samsung, not any third party, so there are no middleman or double shipping fees. We are working with Samsung to help distribute genuine Samsung parts such as screens and batteries to repairers across the UK and Europe to help them repair one of the most popular phone brands.
Another benefit of the Authorised Distributor deal is that we have access to Samsung’s whole range of repair products, including Samsung Batteries, screens and accessories. This means that our customers can offer Genuine Samsung parts as part of our services, reassured that the parts are of the same quality as the original. Many customers prefer to use genuine parts, even if this means higher costs, with iParts4U, the quality is higher, but the cost is not.
By expanding our range to include a wider variety of Samsung parts, iParts4U are hoping to help prevent thousands more devices going to landfill, or ending up as toxic E-waste. We are committed to the Right to Repair movement as well as other green initiatives such as our LCD buyback scheme, responsible battery disposal, offering WEEE take backs to all consumers and reducing the plastic in our packaging.
These parts include not just Samsung screens and batteries but small parts such as loudspeakers, vibration motors and battery FPC connectors, meaning that repair businesses don’t just have to limit their services to screen and battery repairs but can fix issues such as Samsung A71 not charging and Samsung A22 rear camera broken.

This wide range of product ranges means that iParts4U is accessible to everyone, from level 3 technicians to amateur hobbyists.
