Ordered earlier today and need something else? Before 5:45pm the checkout offers Add to Order – the new items go in the same parcel as your earlier order to the same address.

We work out delivery on the combined order. If the extra items need a different service (for example a battery added to a Royal Mail order), you only pay the difference. If the combined total reaches a free delivery band, we give back what you paid on the first order – as a free delivery credit, or as iPoints if it moved you down a band rather than to free.

Trade accounts earn free deliveries from their spend each calendar month (UK addresses), used the following month:

Credits cover Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 (parcels and large letters), DPD Next Working Day (including heavy parcels), DPD by 12pm and the Northern Ireland DPD 2 Day service. DPD by 12pm and Northern Ireland credits apply to baskets of £50 ex VAT or more. Your balance and progress towards next month are on My deliveries in your account. Spend from 1 October 2026 counts; the first credits arrive on 1 November.

Pay once for three months and ship without delivery charges:

Up to 12 free deliveries a month, one per dispatch day (use Add to Order for anything else that day), on orders of £10 ex VAT or more. Passes run for three months from activation; we’ll remind you before yours ends.

Trade accounts can choose Collect from iParts4U Swansea at checkout, free of charge. Collect from Unit 2 Ash Court, Viking Way, Winch Wen Industrial Estate, Swansea SA1 7DA between 9am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, and allow 30 minutes for us to pick your order.

Please note: collection orders over £30 must be paid for at our trade counter. Collection orders over £30 paid online may be cancelled – this is to deter fraud.

Royal Mail services (large letter, Tracked 24/48, Special Delivery and our free standard delivery for personal accounts) cost the same as the UK mainland to all of these areas. For batteries and larger parcels, DPD runs to each area at these prices:

Northern Ireland businesses: add your UKIMS number to your account so your parcels travel on the green lane. Without one we’ll ask you to confirm at checkout that you understand the shipment goes on the red route and duty may be charged. Read more about Northern Ireland deliveries.

Prices for addresses outside the UK are shown without UK VAT. Business customers in the EU need a VAT number and EORI number on their account – the checkout will ask for them if they are missing.

DPD Classic – EU, Norway & Switzerland

A road service that can carry batteries. One price per country, whatever the order value:

Import duties or local taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (cut-off 5:45pm) – usually delivered in 1–2 working days. This is not a guaranteed 24-hour service.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (cut-off 5:45pm) – usually delivered in 2–3 working days. This is not a guaranteed 48-hour service.

Large Letter services – for small parts that fit a large letter; tracked, posted through your letterbox.

Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (cut-off 5:45pm) – guaranteed next working day before 1pm, signed for. Orders sent on a Friday are delivered on Saturday to UK mainland addresses at no extra cost. Available up to 2kg.

DPD Next Working Day (Cut-Off: 5:45pm) — Delivery on the next working day (Monday to Friday). This does not include deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or UK bank holidays. Orders placed using this service on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Please note: this is an estimated service and is not guaranteed.

DPD Next Working Day Pre 12 / Pre 13 (Cut-Off: 5:45pm) — Delivery on the next working day (Monday to Friday) before 12:00 / 13:00. This does not include deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or UK bank holidays. Orders placed using this service on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. If your order is dispatched on time and delivery is not completed by the stated time on the next working day, we can refund the delivery charge only, subject to courier exclusions (including but not limited to adverse weather, access issues, incorrect or incomplete address details, recipient not available, or events outside the courier's control). Claims must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

DPD Saturday Delivery (Cut-Off: 5:45pm) — Saturday delivery service available for orders placed on a Friday before the cut-off. Availability may vary by postcode and this service is not available on UK bank holiday weekends.

Missed and refused deliveries — DPD will attempt delivery and notify you by text, email and calling card. Using the DPD app or your tracking link you can redirect the parcel to a neighbour, a safe place, a DPD pickup shop or a different day, free of charge. If no redelivery or collection is arranged within the carrier's holding period, or the address given at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you to resend or refund. In either case the carrier's return-to-sender fee is passed on at cost — currently £18.50 per parcel for UK Mainland with DPD, higher for other areas, other carriers and battery or hazardous-goods consignments. Resent parcels are also charged the standard delivery cost for the second despatch, and where you choose a refund the original outbound shipping is not refundable, as delivery was attempted. This does not apply where the failed delivery was our fault or the carrier's. Your statutory right to cancel is unaffected — full details in our terms and conditions.
