How to send in your device

  • 1. Select Your Repair


    Select Repair The first step is to simply go through our store and select the repairs your device needs. We offer a vast range of repairs, though if you are unsure of what is wrong with your device then send it in for a diagnostic. We will then get in touch letting you know what the issue is and the cost of repair.
  • 2. Check Out


    Check Out The second step would be to check out. Select the repairs needed and make sure you select to use our send-in services. Make sure you select a valid payment method for yourself and proceed to the billing details. Make sure the address is correct as this is where we will be returning the device!!
  • 3. Send your device


    Select Repair Step 3 is important. Make sure your device is securely wrapped and packed. We recommend using a snug box packed with bubble wrap to prevent as much movement during transit as possible. You are welcome to send your device via a courier of your choice and it is recommended you track your package.
  • 4. Wait


    Check Out The easiest part for you. Simply wait for us to repair the device. We typically aim to have the device repaired and sent back to you on the day of arrival, though this depends on the number of repairs we have that day. If you have selected a diagnostic then we will be in touch to advise you on what repairs need to be undertaken.
  • 5. Enjoy your device


    Select Repair Step 5 is our favorite. Our customers enjoying their repaired device. We ship your device out with a next working day delivery so your device spends as little time away from you as possible. So start loving and using your device again and if anything happens to go wrong again, we will be more than happy to help!
