Important Notes

• True Tone may not function after fitment. The underlying panel does not carry Apple's True Tone calibration data — this is set at the factory and cannot be transferred to aftermarket displays. Brightness, colour balance and ambient light response will function normally; only the True Tone adaptive colour temperature feature is affected.
• Apple Pencil performance: aftermarket LCD assemblies may exhibit slightly increased touch latency or reduced pressure sensitivity compared to original Apple screens. Most users will not notice in standard use, but heavy Apple Pencil Pro users (artists, designers) may prefer to source a genuine reclaimed screen if pencil fidelity is critical.
• Touch ID is not affected: on both iPad 10 and iPad 11, Touch ID is integrated into the power button and is independent of the LCD assembly. Existing fingerprint pairing is retained after screen replacement.
• Cellular function is not affected: the cellular modem, antennas and SIM/eSIM hardware all live in the chassis — independent of the LCD assembly. Replacing the screen will not affect cellular signal, data connection or eSIM activation.
• Components to transfer from the original screen: front camera, ambient light sensor flex, earpiece (if fitted) and any retaining shields. These are not supplied with this assembly.
• Bench-test before final fitment: connect the assembly to the mainboard and verify display, touch response, multi-touch tracking and Apple Pencil function (if applicable) before sealing the device.
• Pre-applied adhesive activation: apply gentle heat (~50–70°C) during fitment to allow the adhesive to bond fully, and clamp or press evenly around the perimeter for several minutes after seating.
• Installation should be carried out by a qualified technician using suitable heat and separation tools to avoid damage to the chassis, flex cables or logic board.
