The iPhone XS Max replacement screen comes with the adhesive to bond the OLED panel in place, there is no need to purchase this as an extra.
Is it hard to replace an iPhone XS Max OLED assembly?
We say this is a 5 out of 10 rating for the difficulty of repair. The repair its self takes from 30-60 minutes, you would need to remove your existing screen carefully, and the first thing to do is remove the battery connection, to get to the battery connection you will have to remove a plate which has 4 screws, once removed you will be able to first disconnect the battery, and remove the three cables coming from the OLED assembly, once disconnected the OLED panel can be removed.
We recommend that this screen is fitted by professionals that have the EEPROM programming capability to ensure your phone works with future Apple updates without this there is no guarantee that Apple will not update the iOS to detect aftermarket screens and cause issues. We offer a send in repair service which can be found clicking here.
