- Aftermarket grade: this is a quality aftermarket adhesive, not a genuine Samsung service pack part. The genuine kit (GH82-27490) is also available if preferred.
- Model check: this adhesive is cut for the S22 Ultra (SM-S908) only — adhesive is size-specific and will not seal correctly on another model.
- Surface preparation: remove all old adhesive residue and clean the frame with isopropyl alcohol before applying — residue is the most common cause of a failed bond.
- Work the curved edges carefully and press the display uniformly while the bond sets.
- Water resistance: correct adhesive restores the seal, but no repair can be guaranteed to return a device to its original IP rating.
- Disconnect the battery before fitment to prevent short circuits.
