FORWARD UV Film Vacuum Curing Machine FW-508

The FORWARD FW-508 is a UV film vacuum curing machine built for applying UV screen protectors to curved phone screens. It is specifically designed for curing UV diamond film, and gets the cured film to fit the curved screen completely — the job ordinary tempered glass and standard soft film both struggle with on modern curved displays.

UV curing works by polymerising a special adhesive: the glue is irradiated with ultraviolet light, which causes it to set hard and bond permanently to the screen. Combined with vacuum adsorption, that gives a protector with no edge lift, no trapped bubbles and no tape halo — a finish customers will actually pay for, and a service line most repair shops cannot offer.

The resulting cured UV film fits a curved screen more readily than ordinary tempered glass, and is more explosion-proof and scratch resistant than ordinary soft film.
