What happens if I change my mind
If you are buying as a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days. What comes back to you depends on the condition the part is in when it reaches us.
Once the pack has been opened we cannot test the part or confirm whether it has been paired, and we cannot sell it again as new. Any refund will reflect that loss in value.
If the part has been fitted and the device powered on, it has lost effectively all of its value and there will be little or no refund.
This does not affect your rights if the part turns out to be faulty. Faulty parts are covered separately under our returns and warranty policy.
