The screen-only format is the lower-cost route where the frame is straight and undamaged, keeping the original chassis, side keys and S Pen silo in place. It is a more demanding fit than a framed assembly — the S22 Ultra's curved edge display requires proper bonding equipment — but for a workshop set up for it, the saving over the framed service pack is substantial.

Important Notes

• Frame not included: this panel bonds into the device's existing frame — ensure the chassis is straight and undamaged before fitting, as a bent frame will stress the new panel.
• Curved display — bonding equipment required: fitting a bare S22 Ultra panel needs a laminating/bonding setup and appropriate moulds. If your workshop is not equipped for curved-glass bonding, order the framed assembly instead.
• Model check — regional variant matters: this is the SM-S908B / S908E European service pack panel. The US, Canadian and Korean variants (SM-S908U, U1, W, N) use a different assembly — check the full model number in Settings > About phone, or on the SIM tray, before ordering. Grey-import handsets are the usual catch here.
• S Pen: the S Pen and its silo stay with the original chassis — check S Pen detection and docking on reassembly.
• Genuine Service Pack: brand new genuine Samsung part.
• Disconnect the battery before fitment to prevent short circuits.
• Replacement adhesive required to bond the panel and reseal the device.
• Handle the panel by its edges and keep the surface dust-free during fitment.
