To update your device to the latest software, please follow the steps below. 

1. Download the latest update file here.
2. Extract the contents of the .zip file to the root of a USB disk.
3. Turn off the Testbox device and plug in the USB disk.
4. Hold the “ON/OFF” key and “BRIGHTEST” key until the UPDATE light starts blinking, then plug in charge line.
5. Wait for up to 25 mins until the device beeps and the UPDATE light is a solid green, and no RED light shows.

If you have the older iTestbox for iPhone 11 series, please see below to update your iTestBox device for iPhone 12 compatibility. 

1. Download the latest update file here.
