We believe that in order to do this we need to offer the best warranty and service on the parts we sell. With this in mind, we have decided to offer a lifetime warranty on almost all aftermarket parts we sell; all products that show the warranty within the description as iParts4u lifetime warranty will come with a 2 year warranty, which is considered the standard lifespan of today's modern mobile devices. We believe that this demonstrates that we have so much faith in our parts that we are willing to back them up with the best warranty, which will provide complete peace of mind. We will be the only UK parts provider of aftermarket parts to offer this to customers in the European Economic Area.
We will also back this up with a 30 day return policy, where we will provide a free returns label for any products that are faulty within the first 30 days (from date of delivery). If you have any issues with any of the parts provided by us please get in contact and if we can't solve the issue over the phone then we will either replace or refund the item for you, upon the safe return of the item.
So, what happens if the item is older than 30 days but within the lifetime warranty? Simply put, we will either credit your item at the current sale price, or exchange the goods. If we no longer sell the part in question we will give you the best alternative to this part. Please be advised that the returned item must not have any signs of physical or internal damage, i.e. torn flex cable, cracked LCD panel. Whether the part is months old or has scratches on the LCD glass, our responsibilty relies on us providing products which meet your expectations and these will be accepted with no questions asked. Many of our competitors will not accept a product back when the protection has been removed, or when there are scratches on a product. Our warranty should be as easy as your purchase! Within 48 hours of us recieving your return you will either have a replacement or credit. Regardless of the usage the defective product should not have happened in the first place and we feel the last thing we should do is give you hassle over it.
