The iPoints Loyalty Reward Point Scheme
Here at iParts4u, we believe our customers should be rewarded at every opportunity! Not only do we offer exclusive discounts and insider info to those who are signed up to our newsletter, but we now also offer a loyalty system, which we've named iPoints!
What are "iPoints?"
iPoints is our fantastic reward points system, At iParts4U we really appreciate and value our customers, and as such we want to give something back to you for your continued business and loyalty. Every time you make a purchase with us using your account you will gain iPoints which can been redeemed against future purchases. Then when you make your next purchase you will be given the option to use your points toward the transaction, (points value may vary dependent on current offers, typically 1p per point value), these can accrue to valuable rewards, some of our customers like to save them for that big future purchase!
Why do iPoints matter to me?
With iPoints, you can gain points just by purchasing as normal. There's absolutely no limit to the amount of iPoints you can save, meaning you can save as many points as you like and use them on just one item, or a whole cart full! It's entirely up to you how you spend your iPoints.
How do I earn iPoints?
Earning iPoints is as simple as placing an order as per normal! All you have to do is make sure you're logged in, and every pound you spend (excluding tax and delivery) will turn into 1 iPoint. Each iPoint you earn is worth 1p towards any future purchase.
How do I spend my iPoints?
It's simple! If you have iPoints on your account, you can use these to pay for any item in part, or in full by choosing the "Use Reward Points" option on the checkout page. You can apply the full amount of points or simply apply a few to the order to get a discounted price!
Is there a time limit to use my points?
All points must be used within 3 months of receiving them. We will notify customers seven days before they expire on their registered email.
