This black UV solder mask is used to insulate printed curcuit boards against shorting and arching, it works by protecting PCB traces from corrosion, moisture and is also used for repairing PCB work after soldering and rework.

Usage: 
Apply paint on your PCB. 
Spread it on the PCB with covering the transparent mask film. 
Expose it under UV light ( or sun ) for a few minutes.
